Our practice schedule is:

M-F
5:30am to 7:10am – Coached workout – Primary Group
5:30am to 8:30am – Coach workout – Comp Distance Group
7:15am to 7:45am – Drylands (optional)

Saturday
Comp Distance group – 6:30am to 9:30am – Coached workout
Mid-Distance group – 6:30am to 8:30am – Coached workout

We are currently in the Winter Session which goes from 1/1 through 5/31.
