West Side videos are taken every other Friday. We take videos underwater and from deck and provide a comprehensive analysis for each video. Swimmers can literally watch their progress over the course of a season and compare themselves to other swimmers and prior swims. At the end of the season, all videos are burned to DVD for the swimmer to have for themselves. The West Side coaches believe in video as a critical component of learning to swim and constant video is the best way for the swimmer to see progress, next to the time dropping on the clock.
