West Side videos are taken every third Friday. We take videos underwater and from deck and provide a comprehensive analysis for each video. Swimmers can literally watch their progress over the course of a season and compare themselves to other swimmers and prior swims. All swimmers can download their videos as well to keep. The West Side coaches believe in video as a critical component of learning to swim and constant video is the best way for the swimmer to see progress, next to the time dropping on the clock.
